There are 3 available methods of payment for the Silent Auction.
EVENT TICKETS
$50.00 per person ($60.00 at the door)
Each ticket will provide you with the following:
- Entry into the Silent Auction Event
- 2 drink tickets (drinks include beer and wine -- additional drinks can be purchased with cash at the bar with 100% proceeds going towards the auction revenue)
- Dinner (Southwestern Chicken Dinner Buffet / Vegetarian available)
- DJ with music and guest MC, Ryan Kirkpatrick & Dan Lyle
- A lovely evening with fellow Lafayette Elementary parents and staff
We love our amazing Staff and want them to join us in this special event, therefore we are offering a “sponsor a staff” option. You can purchase a staff ticket for $40.00 and it will be distributed to a staff member.
Payment Methods
Cash or Check
Please place cash or check in an envelope and drop off at the front desk. An email will be sent to you confirming your ticket purchase. Checks payable to "Lafayette Elementary PTA".
Please include the following information written on the envelope
- Number of tickets
- Name of each ticket holder
- Email of ticket holder (emails for each ticket holder would be preferred)
- # of tickets holders that would like a Vegetarian meal, if any
- If you are “Sponsoring a Staff” ($40.00 each)
