Volunteer

​Volunteers are a critical resource for the PTO and our school.  The PTO strives to provide many and varied opportunities for families to become involved in their children’s education and school experience. 

 

Most in-school and event volunteer opportunities will be posted on our Help At Schools page.  Create an account and check there regularly for everything from fundraisers support and teacher appreciation asks to in-class party sign-ups and more!

All BVSD school volunteers must be approved by an administrator and work under the supervision of school district staff members. Visit BVSD's Volunteer site for a volunteer application and more information about the type of background check you may need before volunteering.

Current PTO Volunteer Opportunities

The PTO is also currently looking for support in the following areas:​​

• 2025-26 Executive Board Positions: Vice-President 

• 2026 Cougar Carnival Committee Members

• 2026-27 Executive Board Positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer

• Occasional legal and CPA support
